Cittadellarte) carried out the workshop "The big social game.
Let’s play with the differences" in the secondary school
Liceo Artistico Preziosissimo Sangue.
After making a first contact with the materials ReMida provided, elaborating
a conceptual map of the Mediterranean and explaining the recipes they had
brought for the occasion, the students were invited to develop their ideal
pastry shop, defining the sweets they would serve and the activities that
would be carried out by using the ReMida’s materials.

Biennale and the Ministry for Cultural Affairs, Love Difference presents
a public lecture about "Art and Politics".

Love Difference has taken part
in the international exhibition "Sensi Contemporanei" which will
took"Utopia Station", a part of the 50th Biennale of Venice, curated
by Molly Nesbit, Hans-Ulrich Obrist and Rirkrit Tiravanija, to Naples. In
the exhibition (located in the Mostra d'Oltremare of Naples) the video by
Dafnà Moscati "The Mediterraneo in your city" has been
shown and the poster "Love Difference" by M. Pistoletto, made
in occasion of the last Biennale, has been distributed to the public.

Michelangelo Pistoletto met a group of writers coming from the mediterranean
area, around the mirroring table of the 50. Biennale di Venezia. Furthermore,
at the seat of the Actes sud association,
in Le Mejan, there was the opening of the artist's exhibition.

Illy, Cittadellarte and Michelangelo Pistoletto extended the invitation
for the presentation of Love Difference and the coffee cup dedicated to
the movement created by Michelangelo Pistoletto for the Illy Cup Collection.

For the first time Love Difference assigned a “special mention”
award to a project exhibited in “Art at the Centre”. The panel
was made up of Love Difference associates and awarded Stalker’s “Ararat
Campo Boario” project with "Intermediterraneo", a work by
M. Pistoletto.

The radio programme introduced by R. Vaio became Flashout
Love Difference, a media-based meeting point for debate on the relationship

50th VENICE INTERNATIONAL ART BIENNIAL
Within "Utopia Station", by Molly Nesbit, Hans-Ulrich
Obrist and Rirkrit Tiravanija, the Love Difference project created an open
meeting place in the form of a table shaped like the Mediterranean Sea surrounded
by chairs from the nations surrounding it. During the Biennial, the Love
Difference area was used as an office for developing relationships with
other foundations, institutions and operators within the Mediterranean area
and organized meetings, workshops and performances.

Love laboratory, the first workshop for thinking about Love Difference comprising
artists from the Manydee platform. The graphic product of the workshop was
published in the Illywords magazine.
