The visitors tasted the "Cuore Verde" cake by Maurizio and Grazia from the Osteria la Villetta, the DolciSalati (SaltySweets) by Patisserie Franco and home made crepes with every possible filling mixing salty and sweet. >>>

Love Difference organized "De Gustibus...", an event in the Cafeteria of Cittadellarte in occasion of the 10th anniversary of Cittadellarte-Fondazione Pistoletto.
The participants were invited to sit around the long table, where Emanuela Baldi was preparing the dough following a traditional recipe belonging to her family, and then asked to form little rings out of the dough, while talking about their homely baking traditions.
The sweet called “Purcciaddhruzzi” is traditional from Puglia (southern Italy) but can be found in many cities and countries throughout the Mediterranean and beyond in similar versions.
The little rings were then fried in a pan, covered with honey and everybody was invited to eat them during a short presentation of Love Difference Pastries. download the recipe (PDF - English)

During this month four sweets presented in La Spezia were offered during one week within the menu of the Cafeteria. The selected sweets were: Le fruit de l’amour by Said Ait El Moumen and Maha El Madi, la Torta di Pane by Asilo Bianco, the Love[in] a different kefteh by Lea Petrou and Maria Nymfiadi and the Sweetship by Ingeborg Bodzioch.
