Love Difference at the Dromos Festival
11th edition “Clandestino” in Sardinia, 24th of July to
16th of August 2009
'The 11th edition of the Music (Art and Short Film) Festival
in Oristano and other centres of the region in the spirit of “Clandestino”
(“Clandestine)” includes concerts, exhibitions, debates,
screenings of short films and counts on the presence of important
names coming from the world of music and art such as Abdullah Ibrahim,
Roberto Fonseca, Keith Brown, Sabina Guzzanti or Udo Rein. The festival
aims to unravel not only the social dimension of life as a clandestine,
but also the cultural, artistic and creative aspects of it. For this
occasion Michelangelo Pistoletto’s “Love Difference Table”,
a symbol of peace and cultural integration, will be exhibited at Oristano
in order to host several meetings and debates, focusing on clandestines'
role and influence in contemporary art.
Opening of the festival on July 25th, 7.00 pm.
