Albisola - Betlemme. Le mille e una notte

Love Difference takes part in "Albisola Betlemme. Le Mille e Una notte".
Making a house out of the city of Albisola is a collaborative event in which artists (among them Sandi Hilal and Alessandro Petti), scientists, philosophers historians and writers meet throughout a two weeks period in the beautiful seaside town of Albisola, Liguria, Italy.
Each one of them brings a story, real or fiction, individual or collective, which they will share around a laden table during the summer evenings. The stories will be focused on the various themes, including: defeat and resistance, hate and love, peace and war, coexistence and nationalism. Local citizens are invited to participate in the debates.
This event is presented in conjunction with the project Mediterraneo: Dialoghi tra arte e poesia (The Mediterranean: Dialogues between art and poetry) which takes place during the Festival Internazionale della Maiolica taking place during May-June 2010 in Albisola Superiore, Albisola Marina, Savona and Genova.
