Galleria A+A , Slovenian contemporary art center based in Venice, presents Q2Q, new part of the project on queer identities. On Thursday, Novembre 30, a workshop and an event will take place at Galleria A+A, which recently hosted Europoly, a project by realised by the artist Dejan Kaludjerovic in collaboration with Love Difference.
Starting from 6 p.m., Norwegian performer Ane Lan will present his video-installation, VESTA, focused on the research of identities and representations of genres which are out of sheme, out of social and political control bodies and identities. Together with Ane Lan, Daniele Del Pozzo, artisitc director Gender Bender Festival in Bologna. Ane Lan and Daniele Del Pozzo will open a new phase of the project “Queer too Queer”, conceived by Galleria A+A and the City of Venice – under the patronage of the Royal Embassy of Norway. The project enabled a group of young Venician artists to investigate creative implications of differences in sexual identities and orientations. This new step of the project schedules a series of workshops (between Novembre and February), held by artists, curators, and experts. Workshops are free of charge, subject to booking; public events will follow each workshop.
