            Kokkalis Programme: students from
            Southeastern Europe at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard
            University. Deadline for applications: January 6, 2006 
             The Kokkalis Programme strives to recognize
            individuals commited to invigorating the public sector in Southeastern
            and East-Central Europe by providing fellowships for study at Harvard's
            John F. Kennedy School of Government.  
            Eligible to apply for the 2006-2007 Kokkalis Fellowships Programme
            are natives of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia,
            Greece, Hungary, F.Y.R. of Macedonia, Moldova, Romania, Serbia &
            Montenegro and Turkey. Applications are not accepted from natives
            of countries other than those stated above. 
            Aspirant students should apply to one of the following degree programs
            at the John F. Kennedy School of Government: Master in Public Policy;
            Master in Public Administration; Mid-Career Master in Public Administration;
            Master in Public Administration in International Development.  
            Candidates should hold an undergraduate degree recognised by their
            native state and an academic and/or professional background in one
            of the following fields: social sciences, public policy and/or administration,
            the non-profit sector, law, economics, business, or work experience
            in related fields. All applicants should demonstrate a strong commitment
            to public service and the region of Southeastern Europe. 
            Deadline for submission of the Kokkalis Fellowship application is
            January 6, 2006.
