Love Difference at the Mediterranean Youth Meeting: Cosenza, 16-19 November 2006
The City of Cosenza (Calabria, Italy) will host from the 16th to the 19th of November the first Mediterranean Youth Meeting. The event comes from the collaboration between some important Italian juvenile networks (National Forum for the Youth, Italian Muslim Youth, Young Jewesh of Italy, ACLI, Italian Catholics University Federation) and aims to be an open space of encounter, acquaintance, dialogue between the young generations of the Countries facing the Mediterranean. The Meeting will be programmed during the third edition of “CivitasMed”, a convention for NGOs from all the Countries of the Mediterranean. Participants will have therefore the occasion to meet networks working for local development, solidarity, and peace.
Love Difference will present at the meeting the “Mediterranean Table - Love Difference”, the mirror table by Michelangelo Pistoletto in the shape of Mediterranean Sea, with different chairs from various Mediterranean Countries. Love Difference Movement and projects will be presented to the public during the meeting.
