Love Difference introducing its projects at Ivrea Word Fair, 3-5 June 2005
The second edition of the Word Fair will take place in the park of Villa Casana in Ivrea (Italy), from the 3rd to the 5th of June. The event, organised by Archivio Storico Olivetti within the project Theatrum&Teatro, aims to enhance the value of recited, told, and written word. The Fair involves the surrounding territory and creates synergies between near and far experiences through shows , meetings, workshops, films, installations, conversations. Love Difference will take part in the Word Fair reflecting on the Movement’s own name, presenting two projects by Dafna Moscati, analysing the concept of love and confrontation: The Mediterranean in your city (a documentary video realised for Love Difference participation at the 50th Venice Biennale) and the banner Love (presented at the International Young Art Biennale at Turin in 2002). Love Difference will also introduce a project by t s Beall Your call cannot be completed as dialled, a series of audio registrations taken in call centres in Biella exploring the conditions of long distance love.
