Friday, April 1, 6:30 pm: “The Time Bank: what, why, for whom?”, curated by the Time Bank National Association.
Time Banks are associations organizing exchanges of benefits and services, valued in terms of time, that time – an important resource for everyone – which is used to carry out the activities to be exchanged. Basic principles are reciprocity and equal dignity of the assets. The Time Banks are, therefore, banks in which transactions are based on the movement of time instead of money. People who wish to become personally engaged in creating a Time Bank in Montevarchi can also take part in the workshop to be held Saturday, April 2 at 10 am.

Saturday, April 2, 2 pm: “Knowledge transforms”, by Hoffman Institute.
A chance to consider the main instrument available to us – ourselves – through the emotional, intellectual, physical and energetic aspect. Our character is a prism, through which we view and interpret the world, the others, ourselves, what we do, everything. Knowing our way of being (the character) let us take advantage of our talent and capability. Workshop intended for adults (18 years and over).

Sunday, April 3, 3:30 pm: “Temporarily open”, by 121 + libreria extemporanea.
Pietro Corraini presents a business model based on the idea of “temporary shop”. Simplify and amplify: these are the two words that will guide the workshop. The participants, after having chosen a field of research, will strip it of all unnecessary information and data, and from there start to imagine the communication, the activities and more generally the planning of an entire store. Workshop intended for adults (18 years and over).

Saturday, April 16, 10:30 am: “You are a postural project”, by Dr. Max Rapkin, chiropractor.
The workshop offers an investigation into the postural part of ourselves, our pain and our limitations. Our body is able to act even if our mind is distracted. The reaction time of our body represents its postural way of being. When we experience a time of stress, our body’s capability to response is lowered. We do not feel ourselves, we feel pain and a sense.

Saturday, April 16, 3 pm: “Augmented Action Learning”, by Scheherazade Consulting.
The Lean Production is a transition to a new paradigm of production. Derived from studies in the automotive sector, it has shown that the best Japanese car brands have gained competitive advantages by using these practices. Its implementation involves major cultural changes, fostering the individual, as well as integrated teams of workers. Action Learning holds a strong idea: the abolition of the assertion. Social Thinking "increases" and expands the scope of comparison and the quality of work.

Sunday, April 17, 3 pm: “Fragile balances”, by Modidi- Creare Sostenibile Association.
A tangible tale offered to children, aimed at understand the value of objects. Used things are not supposed to become rubbish, they can find a new life. We start from the observation of metals, in order to understand their basic properties. We will focus on aluminum, analyzing its physical, chemical, mechanical properties; we will then follow step by step the various stages of its processing, from the raw material, to emphasize its potentialities in the recycling process. For children aged 6 to 10 years accompanied by parents.
